Sure they are not obligated, how can they be when they are busy being obligated to allow share price to fall 75% and continue to falter. Such a hard life collecting fat paychecks and having no consequences for failure to return to share holders. I should have remembered this is the way. Do nothing to try increase Share value. Thanks for reminding me.
