Don't sell too soon i think these could easily go to s few dollars a share once revenue starts to grow. Hills would have taken it private a long time ago if not for Sol Lew's blocking stake. Takeover and AGM is just noise - those mariner guys are a bunch of turkeys thinking they can trick people into selling out. They will be lucky to get 1 share.
