    IMO, the main reason why this stock has fallen sooo much is not because of consolidation, mt began, etc. No-one wants in because each someone buys any, a program will sell 5c worth to bring the sp down. Small caps are being hammered by this type of manipulation. The age of high-frequency trading is decimating small caps. Even larger stocks are victim. SDL is a perfect example.
