Hi TheProphet, I'd like to think you're right, because it would be woeful if they had to replace a pump they just installed.
If I look at the July 31st ann together with the info in the presentation, I get the other impression:
On July 31st: "A completion string was set, including a rod pump, and the well will be returned to production this week once all the electrical facilities have installed"
Today in the preso: "Clean out of lateral completed. Pump installed but will be replaced."
The way I read the above, the jet pump was already taken out and replaced with a rod pump prior to the last ann, so the rod pump was installed waiting for the electrical connection. I cant see how that last line refers to anything other than the already installed rod pump.
