Dodgy Ticker,
I don’t think MGX sold Extension Hill to Fenix. Mainly because MGX never owned Extension Hill. MGX had a right to mine hemetite. What was sold to Fenix (along with port sheds and shine iron ore mine and rail sidings etc) were residual mining equipment and an old camp at Extension Hill and also the rehab obligations for the old hematite mine.
