Fenix have done four (4) significant aquisitions over the past couple of years . . . while MGX have made zero aquisitions.
Why is the BoD of MGX finding it so difficult to make even a single aquisition ?
Maybe the BoD of MGX need to ask John Welborn of FEX to help them out. Probably worth investing a few bucks in John to do the job for our board, not only due to John's accounting skills, but primarily his skills to negotiate a deal.
The BoD of MGX have been reciting looking for an aquisition for many years. If the BoD of MGX cannot do the job then they should squire the services of someone who can.
