From the Energy World Corp. annual report, 26 August 2008, p 19:

"On 8 August 2008, AGL (rem.: the wholly owned subsidiary) finalised a joint operating agreement with Strike Oil Limited, an independent third party, in respect of the exploration license area, PEL96 (Block K) in the nothern part of the Cooper/Eromanga Gas Field Basin in South Australia. Strike Oil limited, which is proposed to be the operator of PEL96, is developing a work programme for PELA 96 for submission to the South Australia Mines Department ("MESA") and is currently conducting native titel negotiations. Once the joint operating agreement, work programme and native title negotiations have been concluded, an application for a PEL can be made to MESA. AGL intends that its interest in PEL96, if granted, will be 33.3%. [...]"
