I disagree,

I think using the funds is a good idea and they will make use of those funds soon when drilling FP#2..
Using funds for taking on new positive NPV projects, is both strategically and economically sound for VIL as it will add value to the corporation - inevitably seeing a rise in the price per share.

Glad to be a VIL holder with cash and a drawing facility in hand, with no future sign of share dilution.
