how can you even say their will be dilution - debt does not equal equity. I understand its convertible debt, but it would only be convertible if they can not repay the debt.

Nevertheless, a companies equity position shouldnt have much impact on the shareprice - respective of having multiple NPV projects. Look at BHP for example, more shares and a way higher shareprice.

Im all up for investing in + NPV projects because the more money that comes into the entity, the more appreciation the shareprice gets.
