The Tidewater Proposal looks reasonable although most investment corps trade at a discount to NTA, so no immediate upside for us, but a recapitalization and issue of options provide a possible capital return over the next few years if they are in fact on the ball.
Its better than nothing, but one would like the company to be run more along the lines for which it was intended by competent people [ not Kovacs ]
