I would have liked a better deal but I agree with you.
Even a 40% conversion to TLW scrip and 60% cash will prove far better in the long run than staying with the pathetic HDR board that sold us out.
Unfortunately, HDR shareholders can still vote NO but elect to take the maximum TLW scrip if the SOA gets up. I will be very surprised (and pleasently so) if the SOA gets up and the scip component is more than 40%.
We live in hope, lol.
