Thanks for explaining that I did not realise they only needed 75% of the actual votes cast. Wow, dicey all the smaller shareholders need to vote. They must not waste their vote by abstaining. Their vote is important to the outcome. Guess there could be a shock result. Would not like to say which way. A high vote whatever the outcome would be more acceptable than a low vote and a "yes" outcome
