I think you are right about the banks having to find a solution, but I think that if they have the voting power, the solution will be found before the meeting. The banks,Tullow and Hardman do not want the deal to fall through at the meeting, and I can't believe that the "no" vote from small shareholders will come close to 25%, so it will all be up to some delicate negotiations. I can see Simon Potter's poker face now!
