new qld coal micro cap...few questions

Tokyo, Peace, Kevi, Head, I grabbed a few today but before I properly load up (excuse the pun) I have some questions.

Firstly, it does look very cheap and the deal looks very interesting and not expensive either just a few shares and a bit of cash, not like some of these other companies where 500m 1Billion or dare I say it 2 billion shares are issued

Do we know how much coal surrounds them or know their neighbors are and what resource they have?

Going off that, has anyone tried to predict how any tonnes they have?


Has the coal acquisition been finalized? Its it done and dusted? I'm hoping the other director doesn't change his mind as LOD as getting the project for next to nothing.

Do shareholders need to approve it? (Of course they will; but do they need to just 'sign off' on it?)

Will take a good look at everything tonight.
