The commitments that you are saying they would form part of the quarterly, if any, they may not be worth the paper they are written on.
If the Board spill is successful, some new tactics may be put in place by the new appointees, and none of them may be implemented by the new Board in any ways or form.
A little like putting the cart in front of the horse if you ask me Conix.
This whole saga with all the litigations and the Sect. 249D pending, and with the Board having their own attemt at removing the CEO and current Director from the Board, is beyond total comprehension.
And the saga continues. What will be coming out next, if anything, is what got me curious.
