    I have always looked at AFR as a long term investment but dont know if I can wait until 2017 to see some return on my investment.
    I recognise the design, construction and commissioning of a 300mw powerstation is still 2 years away at best.
    And havent AFR been transporting coal to Maputo? Wouldnt AFR and Botswana be better serviced by a rail line heading towards china rather than away from it??
    We really need to sure up a couple of billion more tonnes.
