Recently received an email regarding Strategic Elements Ltd, a new Aus/NZ based Rare Earths company looking to become the first Rare Earths Pooled Development Fund. Just wondering if anyone has had a look at the prospectus or the company. Possible a LYC takeover plan in the future maybe?!
