if the ad is misleading, then so be it.. it would turn landowners off in a hurry imho, its not good practice to make fools of those you wish to do business with
eka is in fayette, $2000 - $3000 is pretty right on the money for that county
AKK is way north in some unknown territory the $400 per acre sounds reasonable
i think noble will pat $10k pretty much for the land they want where the newspapers were distributed, imho paying the same as hilcorp is not really a drama.
