I think a few analysts have put the post merger share price of sea at approx 1.30, implied value therefore of 65c txn, without any value assigned to talon.
Was going to sellout around the 50c mark but have decided to hold until the sea shares are in my keeping.
Bit of a rally in equities at the mo, poo also going along for the ride and barring any unforeseen hicups or a superior offer then should this merger make it over the line i see no reason why the txn sp should not resemble somewhere in the vicinity of 65 to 70c by the time this whole thing is wound up.
