they are also talking to some asian investors about providing finance for the main project. So news on that front could give it a kick.
Since Aug 2011 there have been 5 higher lows as it forms its basing pattern.
all looks good but looks can deceive of course.
not to mention there seems to be a general wind in the sail for U stocks recently after they had the wind knocked out of the early last year.
