Interesting question.
To a large degree, I think it depends on the politics of the country in question.
More liberal probably not.
Some etf's, venture capital, hedge funds, publically held investments, will come right out and state no defense related investments .
Fortunately, at least currently, most funds are apolitical, if they can make money.
