I think the fundamentals now are a bit better than they were a year ago (Uncertainty over the looming war in Iraq, Terrorists were not captured, USA economy had not started to recover, Libya had not capitulated etc....etc).
The rally -barring unforseen phenomena- I think will continue, for the economies of other countries are gradually (albeit excruciatingly slowly in some cases, i.e Japan) picking up also....
For us, naturally, is the added bonus (huge) of the gold (mining in general) sector, the upward momentum of which, hopefully will continue unabated throughout 2004.
As for Steve having broken his own record....Well, that is the sort of material champions are made from......
