I agree.
You can improve your buying price and some costs such as fees for using some financial payment services and fully utilize staff and fixed assets with increased volume.
Increasing prices is out of the question for most company's including HT8.
The business model needs to be a profitable one or a company is in the wrong game IMO.
Fortunately HT8 are now profitable.
