    Yes there is value there with the NTA 7 times the current SP. No one will be getting the assets for ZIP it will more likely go to liquidation.
    I am surprised a fund hasn't made a reasonable offer, the assets are good and if they get the model right (refer LEP) it can be a long term winner.
