It doesn;t look like liquidation is on the cards, from this ANN:

It looks like there are still 3 proposals: the 8c, the 10c, and a third- a capital injection, which may be from the new suitor? There is still risk here, which is why the SP is going nowhere. However, as the company has said it is negotiating the 10c signing, that looks a good deal- so far, te best we have. No liquidation, hopefully!

You think we'd get more in a liquidation, whitepointer? I know the senior lenders might get more, but as regular punters, I think we'd be stuffed (or our SP would be closer to NTA).
