Apart from the use of expensive television advertising it would be good to obtain some further details from the company of what these retention and re-engagement strategies are. I would be interested to find out more about their planned use of social media, implementation of AI (which has been mentioned briefly in recent company reporting), and any refinements to their app/product range that are intended to achieve this aim.
