Hi All, well Hoots you certainly have made it sound so bad.

Well if we start with your first calculation and have a look at it.

O/W currently hold 30,338,774 shares
The current shares on issue 243,055,501
Additional shares O/W can take to bring them upto 19.9% of the expanded registery is approx 18,200,000

O/W new total is 48,538,774

Hoots estimate of 54mil is just slightly out by about 5,500,000 shares.
Oceanwide can not take 24 mil shares as that is in excess of the 19.9%.
There is no current stated reason for Sino steel to be taking any more shares, so there is not 16,000,000 to be added to the total, Sino may do a delayed invoice for the cabling work, to be paid out of production income ????? who knows,
Hardly worth going on really, there are too many mistakes and assumptions, to bother,
