Hoots, have a look at todays 3B
total shares on issue 243,055,501 of which O/W already own 30,338,774.

options are not converted until december 15, so O/W shares likely to be issued before any options conversion,
if all options get converted the total shares on issue will be 265,654,924. If O/W issue is after conversion then the numbers will be different,
I suspect Sino will take delayed payment for cabling, not more shares, just my guess, like Hoots guesses, lol
