I’m wondering if 17000 is the number of parent installs? As there needs to be at least two downloads to get WFI set up (one for the parent and one for the child), even if take up was 100% then 17000 downloads would only equate to at most 8500 subscriptions.
If it’s on 2, 3 or more kids’ devices then that cuts down the number of subscriptions even more.
Sorry to keep mentioning this, but people seem to forget that 2 downloads = a maximum of 1 subscription.
