    He was referring to the fact the onboarding process has had some problems and complexities

    They have now identified and corrected all problems/complexities and an update will be out hopefully this week by the sounds of that article..

    I am also looking forward to the next announcement as I believe IMO that the management team have been working very hard behind the scenes.

    Those who are patient will be rewarded handsomely here IMHO
