Is everyone reading a bit too much into RE prices?
If anything, a slightly dropping RE price at the moment puts the brakes on new facilities being viable.
Lynas has a contant reliable supply of ore from a big, big dry open hole....not under the sea...not under snow and ice and more importantly....not from a third party.
Lynas will be like a Bunnings opening a few blocks from your hardware store.
