Rounded and well constructive criticsm is good as it makes you recheck you research. Complete BS downramping, FUD and for that reason hype does not help anyone.
Been here a while and there is one major thing I like about management, they get things done, ok we've had some distractions but what company down here doesn't.
All the best guys, I been here a while and leave the technical stuff to those of you that make more use of it than me.
