I think the reason they have stated recently that they can double production for a 20 million Cap expenditure is purely because they have priced up what it would cost to do the upgrade.

They have done the research and calculations and confirmed that the best bang for buck would be achieved by finding more reserves at or near AN and doing the upgrade to plant. This goes back to what I said about the AN plant being there best asset.

Do u really think they are hinting that they are certain of having a viable deposit nearby?
I certainly don't think so. It is just good business to pursue this path at the moment until PB can be done.
