I don't think much of the Hartley's report.
They assign 4 cps for Centro, which is fine.
They assign a value for AN going forward with the plant 'operating at capacity' producing 14.0kt copper in 2017 and 14.9kt each subsequent year. I suspect this may be shown to be *way* under what actually occurs.
With talk of doubling 'capacity' I think we need some confirmation of what this actually is.
I don't know much about operating mines and would appreciate some commentary from those who do. I note that Hartley's suggest a yearly mill capacity of 0.7Mt.
The crushing capacity was 120tpa then upgraded to 200tpa in December.
At 120tpa at 24 hrs/day we get to 700kt in 243 days.
I don't know how many hours/day and days/year we operate but given these figures and 'capacity' this seems very light even before we consider further plant upgrades.
