I understand what you're saying, but if you read the Numis, Petra and Hartleys notes you'll find that whilst each gives it's "now" picture, which is what people are alluding to as being realistic, Hartleys is the only one who opines with regards where the company is going to be in 2020. I'd say this particular analyst has made a mistake in both doing this and in what he suggests will take place.
