Over the years I have taken little notice of such reports. Fact is they are not able to do much more than price an asset, also I am not comfortable with how close some get to the entity and who pays who etc. I have accountants who are experts at pricing things and that is largley why they work for me, last thing I am looking for on the market is a priced asset. Don't want to appear glib, who has not had his or her share of dawgs along the way, but with spec's especially I avoid these reports even more.
