In the event of FAR being successful with their claim for Declaratory relief I cannot see WPL walking away from their investment in SNE.
I'm not in a position to understand their capital investment to date in SNE but, you can be sure it will be substantial.
PC has been very vocal about FAR'S claim including discrediting and trying to intimidate them from continuing.
He has failed on all accounts to stop FAR and IMO will end up with egg on his face. Furthermore, he will have to answer to WPL'S board and shareholders as to why he undertook this reckless approach to WLP'S investment in SNE. PC will no doubt have a plan B to ensure his tenure as CEO. It will be very interesting to see how it unfolds.
