I rang Uncle Gav, he said not price sensitive because every man and his dog knows that Petrosen have the option to back in if they so choose and that the entire JV has been working on the assumption they will.
he also pointed out that Petrosen are free carried up until DOC which will happen when the exploitation approval comes through. Until then the others pay.
