So Exploitation Plan approval is a prerequisite for DOC and after that Petrosen have to kick in their share of the ongoing costs. Seams to me that until the JV partners are confirmed Senegal are not going to commit to the cause.
Seams to me that the PE result has become the overall governing factor and until that outcome is known everything is on hold.?
