Hang on, there is no mention of FAR getting the 35% interest, simply WPL/COP getting out their cheque book

WPL looks like it will continue in JV, feels like a game of poker where FAR have a short stack and gone all in against WPL.

We are Queen high therefore the leading hand, just waiting on the flop and river card, if WPL draw blanks we have the winning hand!

It would seem there have been discussion between the parties so that there is no disruption on the project and that's why we may get FID prior to arbitration decision. Seems to fit what the parties have been saying for some time.

Still waiting to see if we have the winning hand and find out what the payment will be if we win: A good out come WPL funds FAR
