Good to see you know how cap raises work ...My refresher is for those who are potentially unaware,  less experienced readers .....who might have interpreted  from your post that a cap raise might happen right now or tomorrow or the next day... It won't IMO.....just to clear things up.

Is just plain misleading and untrue ... If stock only rose to a 10 day Vwap of 10c in scenario 1 an rose to 90c in scenario 1 you would expect the same 10%  or x % discount to the VWAP price...

Please refrain from posting rubbish on this thread.  It is clear you are attempt to sew the seeds of doubt into the minds of holders to satisfy your own agenda.
