They have 28,500,000 shares currently with the the remainder in Escrow until September 2008 owned by Karl Meyers, Executives, Private Enterprises.
For memory they own about 60% of the company.
You can read all about it on their website.
Far East Capital have recently taken up a shareplacement of $2.1mln @ $1.00 each.
Those shares will work their way into the market.
Therefore 30.6 mln shares is very little considering the massive future upside of this company. I cannot say enough about them. Its still a shade under 46mln market cap. In this type of "frenzy environment" a Market Cap under 100mln with limited shares on offer can only drive the price in one direction.
Up the ladder it goes.
Lets face it, they could have the Apex-Lowboy in production next year. Even though its fairly small in resource compared to the Rio Peurco Mine.
This will put the company streets ahead of others.
Most notably, we have experts at the helm who are already well known in the US by other big companies. Laramide Resources for one simply because they are in the same district.
I have no idea where this will stop.
Frankly, i am not concerned as long as they continue to perform and keep shareholders informed.
I will probably top up again at some stage down the track.
You must have bought fairly close to their recent retrace two or three weeks ago when the whole market got hit.
Plenty more to go.
