From the report, the patient had sn inflamed CC patch.
cause or effect?????? Never know.
the patient had repeat surgeries and a sternal wound infection thst they were trying to encourage healing with a vacuum asdsstrd closure ( vac) . This patient was quite unwell and tje outcome is not that much of a surprise.....CC or other.....
just my thougjts.....
