    PEC exists to ride the wave created by VRX. Establish a reasonable market cap and the offload the tenement for a reasonable profit for shareholders. It will never come to production.

    Most likely any sand that does come out of their ground will end up being processed through VRX facilities. Owned by VRX or a split on profits towards VRX.
