My broker says that if they focussed on their gold assets only atm & were hoarding cash they would be 40-50cps now or a market cap of 200 mill+.
Ironically holding an asset like the DZP in a bullish commodities market would see them with a sky high market cap - it used to be a $2 share & much easier to raise finance.
The DZP is a cracking asset...fully developed it wouldnt be out of place in the BHP stable, but I don't see the need to rush it.
