You're not wrong in what you're saying but you two are talking about different things.
PF is (probably) talking about the intrinsic value, not the market value.
The market value is (I assume) of little interest to PF unless he is buying more while its below his valuation or unless it has approached this value and he starts to sell.
Unless external factors are involved that is what most investors will be doing.
Personally I'm not convinced there is enough interest in PLS to rely on market equilibrium in determining a fair price.
As always I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.
