Great Find Cashman. One flaw I can see is that, they failed to take into account the cost of buying Diasource. You cannot put Diasource in the books and not allow for the cost to ADO. There will be more shares of course. If you work it out on all shares with $2m profit, my valuation comes in at around 15.8cents/ share as value. Tiger is still very happy and has a few other possible outcomes that may happen.
