Tax time maybe, but a bit of disinterest as the teams gear up for an assault on the Canadian projects seems more likely.
If its strategic then I would hazard a guess that heads are being sold to bring down the price of the oppies and to free up funds to take an oppie position.
Not a bad idea if you are risk intolerant - otherwise these heads are safe as houses at this M.Cap.
Anyway DYOR as this is only my thoughts out loud. Not advice.
