It's the biggest underperformer of my portfolio by a mile, but I am investing for the long term growth story. O&G game can at times be a very patient one. Took HDR over 8 years to realise its potential, Woodside more than 10 years, etc. If a company is sitting on asset with great potential, it takes time to realise/capitalise the value. If you are that disillusioned with the company, perhaps it's time to sell and move on to greener pastures where the management will make an enormous announcement of a gas show just because they may have hit a gas pocket? Then you make make your quick 20% and sell before all the idiots who bought from you realise they've been conned.
