Note also that Chris Baker and SFX use the far more realistic AUD/USD exchange rate of $0.75 compared to some Companies that use $0.70.
If you were to use a $0.70 exchange rate it would significantly increase this valuation.
Also note this is POST TAX NPV(8) not PRE TAX like some other Companies use - again if you looked at PRE TAX NPV it would make this Project look even more ridiculously undervalued.
Always be sure to compare apples with apples when assessing mining Companies.
